ZOOK provides the following corrosion resistance information to be used when specifying ZOOK Graphite Rupture Disks.
How to Use This Table.
Corrosives are sorted alphabetically. Use the Search field to narrow your results.
Most listed chemicals/media are compatible with ZOOK’s proprietary graphite/resin combination. In some circumstances we identify the required disk (Duplex) and liner that must be specified when ordering. Liners in these cases are either PTFE or FEP.
Fluorine is the only listed substance with which our graphite/resin combination are incompatible.
Where there is doubt about compatibility, a sample of ZOOK graphite will be supplied on request for your on-site evaluation. Please contact the factory if you have any questions.
